Prenatal yoga will bring you physical and emotional well-being during your pregnancy with our maternity yoga instructor. Because getting your motherhood moving and taking care of yourself brings many benefits to the pregnant woman and her unborn baby. We have all the necessary equipment on site; all you need is a comfortable, loose-fitting outfit.
No prior yoga practice is necessary. Accessible to all pregnant women except in cases of high-risk pregnancies.
Specially designed for all new mothers upon their return from the maternity ward, postnatal yoga will allow them to reclaim their bodies, regain energy, protect their perineum and rebuild their abdominal muscles, thanks to exercises from the Gasquet method. Baby welcome!
A gentle and joyful activity combining fluid dance, physiological babywearing, and postnatal movement. A moment of musical sharing and strong bonding between mother and baby. A moment just for you, where we refocus, breathe, and connect... through music and movement.
What to bring : baby clothes, baby essentials, a baby carrier (mastered), and a water bottle. (This session is not a babywearing class.)
